ULTRASONIC SYSTEM OF DIAGNOSTICS OF PORCELAIN INSULATOR TECHNICAL STATE
Reliable control of porcelain insulators is an important task for energetic. The thesis proposes new ways to improve the reliability of technical inspection of porcelain insulators. These new ways rely on using special blocks transducers, as well as the mathematical software that allows sifting through the results with gross errors and conducting self-monitoring of the system by checking the convergence of the results of ultrasonic velocity measurements at specific points on the surface of the product. Experiments have shown that using the proposed system can reduce the RMS error of measurement in 23.1 times.
