RESEARCHING OF RESOURCE CHARACTERISTICS OF PIEZOELECTRIC MOTOR
This article describes the resource characteristics of a piezoelectric motor (PM) on example of serial piezoelectric motor PM-20R. Simultaneously demonstrates work of three engines the same model, with the same characteristics. Were developed the technique of the experiment and the control program for researched engines that could be adapted to certain parameters required for the study. Was shown typical results of the experiment in the form of dependency engine speed and Ms on the number of accumulated rotations (Nob). From the results of experiment we can see that in the beginning of the motor work occurs not significant growth of Ms within the limits of 100 thousands rotations, which is due with the rubbing tappets of the rotor. With the rise of accumulated cycles Ms was decreasing, which is explained by detrition of tappets, videlicet lessening of their sizes. These results make it possible to predict the time of the PM functioning and construct mathematical model based on dependence motor efficiency on the Ms.
