Graduated from Kiev polytechnical institute in 1985. Defended his Candidate of Science (PhD) thesis on speciality 051107 "Optics and laser physics" .

Scientific activity: Signal processing in multispectral photo-electronic devices. He has written more than 49 scientific and methodical publications.
